PR shouldn't break anything but now may also be the chance to add more stuff in.
We discussed internally that we cant make /read preflightless without putting token in the URL which was a solution we disagreed with for security concerns. But other post operations like /move, /rename, /copy, /batch can also be made to support "not having preflights through lying about content-type" now if its decided we should
