This is my first time contributing to an open-source project.
I just added Bahasa Malaysia (Malay) language support to Puter (including Malay-translated README).
I am native and speaks the language as my first language and English as my second language.
I've verified all translated texts are appropriate culturally and convey the right meaning towards Malay users.
I added notes if there are words that are not translated due to the original English word being used more commonly in tech context among Malay people.
