Added all missing hebrew translations.
also fixed some existing translations.
changed he.js export variable from en to he to match all other language files.
this is my first contribution to an open source project, this looks like a great project to start.
im planning to tinker with it more to properly display hebrew in some places where it is not displayed properly in my next pr.
