Update Hosting API description #2612

changed the hosting api documentation file in which it was previously mentioned as an application in which you can build any application but changed it to as file hosting app

i tried following the link from the cla bot and it doesn't seem to provide me a form to signup and it also fails to proceed after this title : "You have agreed to the CLA for multiple repositories or organizations " , am i doing this wrong or is this an issue?

noted @eshwar-artyz , although i noticed the commit came from the user @artysking , while your account is @eshwar-artyz

my thinking is, the commiter must sign the CLA, which is the artysking account

you were right it was my another account , i didn't knew they were interconnected. Sorry for the inconvenience
