🐛Duplicating an event does not duplicate the cover image

Describe the bug
When duplicating an event with a custom cover image, the cover image is not carried over to the new event even if the Cover Image toggle is selected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Duplicate an event with a custom cover image.
2. Verified the "Event Cover Image" duplication toggle is active.
3. Observe that the new event's cover image is the stock image.

Expected behavior
The cover image is copied to the new event.
