🐛 Cancel and refund order - Gross Sales not reduced & Refund stats not updated

Describe the bug
When canceling an order and making a refund (stripe) the order is canceled , the refund is made but:

1. Gross Sales doesn't go down
2. Refund stats stays at 0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Buy a ticket , pay the ticket using stripe
2. Check the gross sales that when up by your ticket price
3. Cancel the order
4. Process the refund
5. Check dashboard statistics, Gross sales is still the same , Refund says 0

Expected behaviour
Gross sales stats should go down
Refund stats should go up
