v1.9.5 — Runtime toggle menu items

Three new items under Plugins → Device Activity Monitor let you turn each half of the plugin on or off without restarting:

• Toggle Device Change Log (on/off) — gates per-device / per-variable event-log lines
• Toggle Group Change Triggers (on/off) — gates damGroup-driven custom-event firing
• Toggle Timestamps in Log (on/off) — strips/restores the [HH:MM:SS.mmm] prefix on every plugin log line

All three flags persist across plugin restarts (pluginPrefs: logEnabled / groupEnabled / timestampEnabled) and default ON, so existing installs behave identically after upgrade. Show Plugin Info now reports the current state of all three.

Also reworded the README's comparison to Morris's Group Change Listener to credit it neutrally as the basis of this plugin.
