Heads up: critical bug + fix in flight

After r32, some users see the controller app crash in a loop about 20 seconds after boot, especially on unrooted devices. The root cause is that SystemForegroundService is missing the foregroundServiceType="specialUse" declaration, and some update UI resource strings were also missing on dev.

This is being fixed in PR #129 and PR #130, so we can ship a beta soon and validate without waiting for the full review/merge cycle.
