…, camera exposures, and laser pulses. I still don't think this should be the highest-level interface that we provide, but it's a step. Also broke tests into multiple files.

Added helper functions for generating sample sequences for positioner, camera exposures, and laser pulses. I still don't think this should be the highest-level interface that we provide, but it's a step. Also split tests into multiple files.
