When using brew man to regenerate manpages, names with diacritics would be rendered incorrectly in the final output. This PR fixes the issue by removing diacritics/accents from the generated manpage text.

I did try getting it to render these characters properly, but for some reason that wouldn't happen despite following the groff syntax, on my computer.
