Pull request overview
Updates the Utils::Svn network-backed spec to use a different public SVN host, aiming to reduce flakiness caused by unreliable access to svn.apache.org.
Changes:
- Replace the SVN URL used in
Utils::Svn.remote_exists?’s:needs_networktest fromsvn.apache.orgtosvn.code.sf.net.
