There are a few more casks that don't have uninstall and delete on the same line, if those are supposed to be included. For example, skype-for-business:

  uninstall quit:       "com.microsoft.autoupdate2",
            login_item: "Skype for Business",
            pkgutil:    [
              "com.microsoft.SkypeForBusiness",
              "com.microsoft.SkypeForBusiness.MeetingJoinPlugin",
            ],
            delete:     "/Applications/Skype for Business.app"

Oh yeah, sure, this was just a quick first pass.

There might be cases (edge cases nonetheless), where we have to delete or remove something specifically from the /Applications folder, not #{appdir}. I don't have any specific examples right now and about to head out.

But generally, a pkg or script or installer manual can install things outside of #{appdir}, so we would need to have the path hardcoded to match in these instances.
