They are using quictls so changed the name of option.

Renamed "openssl" build flags to "quictls" to better represent it's using the quictls fork

Should we keep using openssl@3 for dependency? Not sure.
-> OK, syntax blocking to use quictls and so just keep openssl@3.

Should I go ahead and fix it? @daeho-ho I'm not sure how things work in here, so if I got a confirmation from you I'll go and fix 2.5.0 build

EDIT: I just realized you already fixed it, anything needed from my side here?
