This builds on the first MNIST MLP PR and adds additional benchmarks that work with the heavyball suite as is. The only consideration is that the test accuracy logic added to utils is needed for these scripts, therefore this should be merged after the first PR (or the test accuracy logic can be scrapped altogether)
