HB2-87 add update button to refresh route from remote

Improve the user experience a little by adding an update button on the route page and prevent athletes from updating or deleting other athletes' routes. fixes #87 and #26:

• Implement rules to manage route permissions at the object level
• Redirect to update page after Switzerland Mobility login
