Pdf-lib upgrade!!
Hi, good afternoon, I am working in upgrade pdf-lib to the latest dependecies, this is because veracode and other tools are sending vulnerabilities errors due to old dependencies.

Additional Notes

I see your latest version was in Nov 6, 2021, I do not know if you are working in upgrade the dependencies or if I can work on it due to some scanners tools are getting vulnerabilities errors due to old dependencies.

Sadly, given the time since an update, and the number of PRs, I think this project is dead.
