Export FMU via command line interface

It would be practical to be able to export Hopsan models as FMU from an API, e.g. Python:

ex:
hopsan.exportFMU(modelFile.hmf, hopsanFMU.fmu, exportOptions)

Export options could be e.g. for version of FMI etc.

Also: If a model contains an FMU, this instance should be replaced with input/output components
