Port Automations and Custom Presets

• As part of our active v0.6.x development phase, we are porting the Automations and Custom Preset sections from the original UXTU. The existing dynamic mode in UXTU4Linux currently mimics this automation, so we will replace it with a new implementation.
• As for custom presets, we are creating a universal preset picker that allows you to choose between built-in premade presets and your own custom configurations! Here is a sneak peek at these two new features:
