This bumps a few versions, and also removes the libraries dependency on appcompat, since it is not actually needed or used anywhere. This also adds a script so that jitpack will build the docs and sources and ship them with the library when it is tagged.
I highly recommend tagging GitHub with a new version so that others can benefit from these changes, as well as you removing the backup = true from the manifest which is forcing me right now to use a fork of this library.
