Reorganize repository for clear separation of concerns: - rust-native/ → rsrc/ (Pure Rust compilation) - Cargo.toml + build.rs moved to root level - bench/ → .github/bench/ - test/ → .github/tests/ - src/ stays as independent NPM module - Updated all path references across scripts, CI, and source files Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
