Consider allowing commands to execute in the shell against tasks

It would be awesome if SingularityUI had a button that I could occasionally press to see the output of jstack on a java process.

Honestly I'm not so sure that this is appropriate to build into Singularity. Singularity doesn't know or care at all about the contents of your application - whether it's Java or Ruby or what the location of jstack is... and it'd be nice to keep it that way. Would this maybe make more sense as a https://github.com/mesosphere/mesos-cli plugin?

I think we will look for a way to allow Singularity to run various commands directly on tasks and display results in the UI; as a way to remove the need for some users to have SSH access. mesos-cli is another interesting alternative, but I'm not sure what it's security model will be (right now it requires ZK access for example.)

In any case, this would be very configurable.
