The form submit action should be getting overwritten and the default form behaviour should be getting stopped.

Is this not happening for you? I'm not able to properly test this right now, I'll be able to properly look into it tomorrow. Are you using the form in such a way that the javascript event handling isn't working? Unfortunately we can't just POST the actual contents of the form because the request has to be modified depending on how the deploy is set up, so just changing the form action won't do it.

Ok so it seems this really only happens on Firefox. It's true that the browser does a GET when it's supposed to be POSTing, but the stated reason is probably not completely accurate.

sounds like the submit event isnt being handled right -- the deploy is being POSTed via a Backbone model, not the form itself
