I'm a user of your plugin, BlockStreet, and I'd like to create a high-quality Simplified Chinese language file for it to make it more accessible for Chinese players.

I'm writing to seek your permission for this translation work. I'm happy to submit the finished files to you for potential inclusion in the official release, or to distribute them as you prefer. I will, of course, fully comply with your plugin's license.

Are you open to allowing this? Do you have any specific guidelines for the translation or its release?
