Granularity option for <Paragraphs>

NER annotation in dialogues is very uncomfortable and more time consuming without granularity option.

Option granularity="word" working with <Paragraphs>

I now have to hack a javascript userscript to introduce paragraph formatting to <Text> NER annotation.

I'm having similiar request, with version and label config provided below.

LS version: 1.5.0post0

config:

    <Label value="Important content"></Label>
    <Label value="Random talk"></Label>

I tried on the playground at current time.

Hope paragraph granularity can be supported in the future.

If I have some free time, I will be willing to look into the code to contribute.
