udpdeminer supports max 20 ports listening ranges.(Hard Coded). To enable port hopping, the default two is enough.

In your case:
hy2-client --> Internet --> udpdeminer.exe -> hy2-server.exe

udpdeminer-x86_64-pc-windows-gnu.exe --bind 0.0.0.0 -l 4000-4020 --outbound 0.0.0.0 -s 127.0.0.1 -p 5678 --loglevel 4
