This performance at the top with TLSH but right now TLSH needs to also when ClamAV (samething for YARA-X) 16 seond it shows as almost 70 second due to thread counting bug: https://www.reddit.com/r/rust/comments/1k3369n/who_can_implement_the_fastest_tlsh_algorithm/ Read here
