Isolated and missing vertices in finite flakes #15

@marcelolooser

Description

@marcelolooser

Problem:
Finite flakes, with and without disclination defects, contain isolated vertices iff the unit cell contains vertices which are connected through inter-cell edges only. In addition, vertices are missing iff they are located at the unit cell boundary. (Note: here we refer to finite flakes without disclination defects as the ones implicitly used in the construction of tight-binding Hamiltonians through the functions (NonReciprocal)TBHamiltonian.)

Affected functions:
IntroduceDisclination, TBHamiltonian and NonReciprocalTBHamiltonian
