Problem

Contracts CI Matrix is red on main. Failing jobs include Check my-contract, Check vesting-contract, Check benchmark.

Why it matters

The contracts matrix is the source of truth for buildability of every example contract.

Acceptance Criteria

• Fix each failing matrix job (likely Soroban SDK pin / workspace inheritance)
• Add a sanity job: cargo check --workspace on Ubuntu and macOS
• Document which contracts require the wasm32-unknown-unknown target explicitly
