Hello, please do a full review of the features currently in PhoenixBoot. If you find any correctness issues please fix them.
If there's a feature that needs more than just correctness but has to be fully developed or rewritten or similar, lets document it as not yet implemented in TODO.md and lets gate it off for this upcoming alpha release please. In particular check what is and isn't fully tested in UUEFI, we don't want to brick anyones stuff. Also please check the DoD-specific CLI as well and lets ensure that that's good to go (even if it's just validated stuff from the main CLI, it's still valuable)
