Looks fine to me. Non-critical changes despite the toml versioning, that paradoxically to test it merge must be done. |

Now, an app also creates version.toml in the user config directory and when it's version value doesn't match the executed app version, config.toml gets replaced with the new one.
Also I fixed some minor bugs.
