Update internal references to relocated spec documents #561
Description
After merging #560, several documents were moved from project root and docs/internal/ to docs/superpowers/specs/ and docs/superpowers/archive/.
Any internal links or references to these files (in code comments, other docs, or CI configs) should be updated:
