Super parameter automatic tuning support

Are there methods to support super parameter automatic tuning in FfDL? such as learning rate.

@cloustone hyper parameter optimization is something we have in product based on FfDL, but not open sourced outside so far. We are having discussions around it and will update more. We would also be interested in hearing if there other open source HPO technologies you would like us to integrate with.
