build: add support for Python 3.14

Ray has released a wheel for Python 3.14, so we might be able to add support for it

vLLM released v0.20.0 and v0.20.1 which bring in Python 3.14 compatibility as well

ado-trim seems to currently be failing because pyarrow==20.0.0 doesn't build on 3.14
