doc: how to run the tests

There is a file documenting the env variables in https://github.com/IBM/node-odbc/blob/main/test/testenv.md This should also get renamed as README.md so that it auto renders when you are in test/ dir

Awesome! I was looking to add Postgres tests so that we can have tests run on each PR via Github actions.

I also see you've added bunch of fixes to your fork. Some of which we've finally fixed others like Postgres testing we haven't added yet.

Would you be willing to open PR(s) for the Postgres testing and other fixes you made?
That way you can get credit for your work and we could discuss the changes.

@abmusse sounds great! It will be a bit tricky, because I changed multiple things at once (also to get it running on my Mac), but I should be able to cherry-pick some commits, so we can discuss / merge / not merge things separately
