Simplify rag-eval templates and tasks preparation #1291
Description
The templates and tasks preparation files for rag evaluation (prepare/templates/rag_eval.py and prepare/tasks/rag_eval.py) are long and hard to follow. They need to be revised, separated to different task and simplified to make them more accessible for other users.
