Disable Autodetect AI-Generated Code

To prevent warnings like "Unknown url :/api/projects/get_ai_code_assurance."
Disable the property "sonar.autodetect.ai.code" in the sonar server properties.

It seems that settings aren't configurable by their mentioned key as expected - https://community.sonarsource.com/t/disable-sonar-ai-assurance-feature-at-start-time/138064

If the only way to do it would be through the interface, we'd need to POST key=sonar.autodetect.ai.code&value=false to the /api/settings/set endpoint after the application is started.
