To give more logic to the
BaysianNoisyOrFactor, the concept of inhibition has been changed to the strength of the inhibition.Where before we just passed the inhibition values to this kind of factor, now we need to its strength. The strength is just
1 - kwherekis the previous value of the inhibition.
