Consider using SQLite for queries

The queries to create the files for IEDB (e.g., ALLELE_FINDER_SEARCH.csv) are a little slow with the human IMGT terms added but it's not so slow that it will break the Travis build (never mind, they aren't generated during that).

My concern is that as we add more IMGT terms, this will become very slow. Would it make sense to use rdftab and convert these queries to SQLite queries?

It's a good idea. Note that some of the SPARQL queries get ugly -- I really wanted to build these tables from the OWL, but it almost certainly makes more sense to build them from the various tables.
