Add '[tool] alternative term' for tools as needed for LJI

Various LJI tools need their own alternative terms. I think the should each get a new column in the iedb/iedb.tsv table.

Details to be figured out. A good start would be:

1. a (hopefully short) list of tools that need these synonyms
2. for each tool, a table of MRO ID (or official name) and desired synonym

I'll assign this to @acrinklaw, but @rvita and @jgbaum should chime in.

Awesome, this is actually pretty simple as I've already written a script for J that maps MRO terms to netMHCpan allele names, which I'm fairly certain the other tools use as well. Also apologies, my GitHub notifications have been getting sent to spam without me realizing and I just noticed all the comments I've been missing in various threads 😞
