The API does not expect a TZ, therefore we need to remove it. However, the timezone was not properly removed.
Instead of using our own logging module we can start using oslo.log
Instead of using the deprecated novaclient.client.get_client_class() function we can instantiate directly the novaclient.client.Client() class.
If we got an exception when getting the records, cASO would stop. Now we capture the exception, log it and continue.
