Description

Feature Summary

The Early Action Protocol (EAP) is a key component of IFRC’s Forecast-based Financing (FbF) approach, ensuring humanitarian actions are taken before disasters strike, based on forecasts and risk triggers.

Within IFRC GO, the EAP functionality will allow National Societies (NS) and IFRC users to:

  • Register and develop EAPs (via structured forms).
  • Manage approval workflows (from Development → Submission → Review → Validation → Approval → Completion).
  • Track statuses, revisions, attachments, and budgets.
  • Export and share EAPs in PDF formats, with tracked changes for revisions.
