[doc] Remove or update outdated procedure

We need to check documentation for outdated procedures.

It will be easier to check when the documentation will be available as GitHub pages (waiting #15)

Note in issue description all files that should be updated:

• update test description to remove unavailable test (artest for example)
• remove documentation visualization with web-roa2 image
