Two (PUML) diagrams do not render

The IHE-published release 2.2.1 has two figures that do not render:

1. Fig. 1:10.2.1-1 (vol1-figure-sdpi-p-managed-discovery-option-sequence-diagram.puml)
2. Fig. 2:3.33.4-1 (vol2-figure-dev-33-sequence.puml)

CAUSE FINDING:
Comparing both files with others, I could not find the cause.... It does NOT seem to be down to the usually problematic line "!include plantuml/common_style.inc.puml" or the use of "autonumber".
To make this more mysterious, the release 2.2.0 or 2.2.1 artifacts downloaded from Github Actions do NOT have this issue!

Are these new diagrams? Perhaps it is an ftp error on my part. I will check if these were included in the ftp transfer.

I think the second diagram is new in the 2.2 release series (the whole transaction is new) while the first one is not.

I agree it would be good for you to check, since it seems the cause lies on the publication side (not on the release side)...

OK, those diagrams are not there. I will fix but do you want me to just fix the 2.2.1 or will you want to create another revision?

Mary has resolved this issue in the publication at https://profiles.ihe.net/DEV/SDPi/ (always refresh to make sure your browser is not showing an older cached version!).

Let's hope this does not reoccur the next times a new release is published, as the cause of the issue remains unknown and so does the uneasiness feeling 😬
