Fix

• Add Account dialog now shows every login method for everyone. Previously the Offline, Ely.by and other third-party (Yggdrasil) login options were hidden whenever the launcher had no saved Microsoft account and the system locale was in the "strict" region list (en-US, en-GB, en-CA, en-AU, de-DE, fr-FR, es-ES, it-IT, pt-PT, nl-NL, sv-SE, ja-JP, ko-KR and more) — only Microsoft login appeared. The gate is removed: Microsoft, Offline, Ely.by and custom Yggdrasil services are always available in the Add Account dialog.

What's new

• Content update card (actually in the build) — the Limyrx Client card in instance settings shipped in v0.64.3's notes but was built before the feature landed. v0.64.4 finally includes it: open an instance's Settings and the card checks installed files against the hosted manifest (per-file SHA-1) and downloads only changed or missing files. Additive only — it never deletes files.
• Full 1.8.9 mod set published — the content manifest now lists all 10 curated mods (3dSkinLayers, BetterFps, discord-rpc-java, entityculling, foamfix, FpsReducer, Ksyxis, limyrx, OptiFine HD U M5, waveycapes). Fresh Limyrx Client 1.8.9 installs get all of them, and the Update button brings existing instances up to date.
• Windows releases ship the NSIS installer — the build config now produces the installer (exe + blockmap + latest.yml) that the launcher's auto-updater uses, x64 only.
