Integrate sysID code

The sysID code in issue #2 must be integrated into src/cp-sens/methods/sysID.py module and tests written for them.

Swarup made the following changes to the pyOMA package.

1. pyoma2\algorithms\ssi.py
2. pyoma2\functions\gen.py

The updated files need to be placed src/cp-sens/methods/pyOMA/ and these files need to be imported in the sysID.py.

@8ohamed please remember to write tests for the sysID.py code. Thanks.
