This project is a Python-based tool designed to compute RSAM (Real-time Seismic Amplitude Measurement) and SSAM (Seismic Spectral Amplitude Measurement) from seismic waveform data. The data are retrieved from remote servers through standard FDSN Web Services (FDSNWS) protocols.
The program generates output as ASCII data files with the following format:
