从 OnClick 改成了 OnKeyDown，能更快的响应制谱器音符增删
不过有个副作用，在选定了画笔/橡皮工具后，鼠标拖动滚动框会意外创建音符，于是改成了禁止在选择画笔/橡皮工具时拖动滚动框
