Make interactive_usage a bit more rst friendly. With these changes, Spyder can show interactive_usage in its Object Inspector.

With these changes we at Spyder could show interactive_usage in our Object Inspector. Since it contains some pretty good gems about IPython, it would be of real help for the users of both projects.
