[feature request] update dataset

Feature description

Add support on the client to update a dataset, nowadays the client just support the creation of new datasets but it is not allowed to update its metadata.

Current behaviour

Currently has no way to update a dataset metadata using dataverse-client-javascript.

Expected behaviour

The client should have a new method following the Dataverse API specs below in order to allows updating a dataset metadata.

Additional notes

I'm just opening this to discover if someone already is working in this kind of feature, if not it is possible to me starting this.
