[Feature Request] Different termination timeout periods depending on admin interaction

So I have set out ITB to this:

So that we have a week to react to test sessions requiring our input. However the amount of test sessions is piling up. I was wondering if it would be possible to have one timeout period for a test session that does not have a pending admin interaction, i.e. doesn't have an that is pending and another timeout period for those that do?

Because most sessions should just be terminated within 10 minutes or so unless there is a pending admin interaction, there we would like one to two weeks.

Hi @olw-medcom. I quite like this idea and see no reason why not to support it. Adding it to the backlog!

In fact thinking about this I think we could go even further:

• Timeout for test sessions without pending user/admin interactions
• Timeout for test sessions with pending user interactions
• Timeout for test session with pending admin interactions

You can then choose if you provide extra leniency for test sessions that are pending on non-admin interactions.

By the way, a little pro tip in case you missed it: if you have email support enabled you can also set up automated reminders for pending admin interactions:

The requested feature is ready @olw-medcom. In place of the previous maximum session timeout you now have separate timeouts you can configure for sessions pending manual input:
